How to make a spinning wheel in SL (no JS need)

I use it for educational purposes to allow students to practise answering a random question from the wheel in videos.

However, I sometimes encounter a problem (see screenshot below) that I can't explain.
Occasionally, the wheel stops on a number, but it does not appear on the sign.
And since it's a single draw (context of the exercise so that students don't choose their question), this blocks further navigation.

I looked at the code and it's the same as in your file, so I don't understand where this blockage is coming from.

If anyone knows how to unblock it, that would be a great help ?
