How to make some lessons mandatory in Rise 360?
Hi E-Learning Heroes,
I would like to make some lessons mandatory and some optional in Rise360; the "Importance & Accountability" section for instance, mandatory for all users.
If I use the Complete All Blocks for the mandatory lessons can learners still skip forward past the mandatory lessons in the Menu? I want to leave the side bar for quick review navigation when I remind them to review material they have questions about in the Summary section.
I see that the sections after the "Quiz" are greyed out in the sidebar Menu but when I use the "Complete All Blocks" Continue button at the end of the lesson(s) I need to make mandatory, other sections below it are NOT greyed out in the sidebar Menu.

With the built-in Menu, there are two options:
- Unrestricted navigation. This lets the user jump to any lesson at any time.
- Restricted navigation: This forces the learner to go through the course in order.

Instead of using the menu, you could insert button blocks (https://articulate.com/support/article/Rise-How-to-Use-Button-Blocks ) in appropriate locations. Those would let the learner review the optional lessons.
