How to translate a 500 pages book about the art of selling into a Storyline 360 "How to...." interactive product?

When you say author, I hope you are referring to the author of the book. Otherwise, after reading your description of what it will be, I'm not convinced it won't be a reproduction.  I would strongly recommend getting competent legal counsel about local copyright law before you continue.
