HTML video files

Hi,

I have created a file within Camtasia and added a seekbar with text markers at various points. When saved as an MP4 within Camtasia it doesn't support the seekbar, but when saved as an HTML file it does, so I need to be able to upload that to Storyline or find a way to convert it so that it can be used and the seekbar will function. Alternatively, is there a way to add markers or tabs to the Storyline seekbar - as that's the function I need?
