Hyperlink to a section within a lesson in Rise
Hi there,
I was just wondering whether there is a way to hyperlink to a section of a course. I know there are the button option which allows you to move around to different lessons, however, I'm looking for a way to jump to a section within one lesson.
For example, when a user launches a lesson I will have a series of videos for them to watch, but at the top I would like to have a list of these videos and they could click a link to the relevant video without having to keep scrolling - is this possible?

Great news! 🎉 The hyperlink enhancements you have been asking for are now available in Rise 360!
You can now link text or images to a specific lesson or even a specific block within a lesson, giving you more flexibility to guide learners exactly where you want them to go in your course.
This capability started in Rise Labs with links to lessons and expanded based on feedback to include links to specific blocks. It’s now out of Labs and available in Rise 360.

Hello Eric, thanks for the update. I can see that it is now possible to link to a Rise lesson, but you also mention it is possible to link to specific blocks within a lesson, which is what most people in this forum have been requesting. Can you explain how to do this please? The instructions in the link only mention linking to lessons, not to blocks. Thanks!
Here are the steps add a link to a Block.
Access your Rise Lesson.
Find the Block you want to link to.
Move the mouse to the far right of the Block and select the three dots.
Select Copy link to block.
Choose to add add a link to either an image or selected text.
In the panel that opens, paste the copied link to the Block into the highlighted field.
Done!
