Hyperlinks not working
I am creating a piece of training and I can't get the hyperlinks to work consistently. Some work and then stop working, while others just never work.

Sorry to hear the hyperlinks from your Storyline 360 course are only working intermittently. I'd be happy to help figure out what could be causing that and had some follow-up questions to start.
- Can you share where your course is being hosted and how it's being tested?
- Are the hyperlinks being used publicly accessible? SharePoint links are sometimes restricted to access within an organization.
Also, it would be helpful to take a closer look at your file and test the links on our end. Would you be willing to share a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case? We'll delete it from our system once we're finished!
