Hypertext links not working when in a scroll box

I am having the same issue. the Open URL/file trigger isn't working either. when clicked, the scroll panel jumps back to the text at the top of the scroll pane.

Sorry to hear that you’re running into trouble with this!

I set up a sample Storyline course with a text box inside a scrolling panel and used the Open URL/File trigger with a mailto: link. In my testing, it worked as expected, similar to what FredGood​ described.

I’m sharing the Review 360 link and attached the Storyline file I used so you can see what I tested.

Can you let me know if this happens for you in a brand-new, simple course, or only in a particular project? If you’re able, please share your file here in the thread so we can take a closer look. Or, if you’d prefer, you can send it privately through a support case.
