I cannot edit courses in RIse
Good morning.
Are there any issues with Rise today? When I try to create or edit a course, the screen is blank.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
Please help, I'm about to make a delivery and I need to access the editor.

Are you in the EU? A status update says that data center was down, but the problem should be fixed: https://www.articulatestatus.com/incidents/2wzvb4dpjzgq

I'm glad it's working again.
I recommend bookmarking the Articulate Status page (link in my previous reply). That's the quickest way to find out if Rise, Review, or something else isn't currently working.

We experienced a brief incident yesterday, during which Rise 360 was unavailable for EU Data Center customers. Everything is back up and running as expected, and we apologize for any inconvenience! JudyNollet had a great suggestion of bookmarking Articulate's Status page. You can also subscribe to updates so you'll be notified by email when there's an outage and when it's been resolved.
