I need your advice on how to make an open question

Hello, 

I am making a knowledge check section on Storyline, asking participants to type down their opinion on the subject. Please advise me on how to make it. I could not find its template.

    If you're trying to add open ended survey questions to your course, using Survey Questions is what we recommend. You can access the Survey Questions section by clicking on Slides -> Survey Question as shown here:
