Ideal 16:9 project size - should it really be 960 x 540?

Hi All

I have been wondering this for a while. Official Storyline recommendations say that the project size for a 16:9 aspect ratio is 960 x 540. But as most unblocked games 76 widescreen monitors are large, why wouldn't the recommended size be 1920 x 1080 (a standard for 16:9).

Surely when scaling up, you run the risk of pixelated images - if the originals are not of a high enough quality?

It can be more demanding on system resources, potentially leading to slower loading times or performance issues on older devices.
Larger file sizes can create challenges in sharing, uploading, and distribution.
Some LMS platforms might have limitations that prevent uploading such large files.
