Identifying the questions most users got wrong.

Hello,

If you have a bunch of folks taking a course, is there a way to find out which questions they collectively got wrong?  Which teaching points need more coverage?

Ex:  Question #3:  Correct:  70%.  Incorrect:  30%.

    If you're capturing question responses in your Learning Management System, then you should be able to run a report for the course which includes each question's text, the learner's response, and if the learner's response was correct or incorrect.
