Images disappear when I preview in Rise 360
Hello!
I am having the issue, only for one of my lessons of my course, in which I cannot see the screenshots I have taken and included in my edition, when I click on "preview" (see attachments). Other colleagues seem to be able to see the images when I share it through Review360. I have cleared my cache and cookies, used different browsers (Chrome and Edge), and also checked my computer's screen configuration.
I am using other screenshots in other lessons for my course, and they seem fine.
Also, a very strange thing is I can see the content on Preview mode if I select the screenshots to be in "full size image" rather than "image centered"; but it really has to be centered.
Could you please help?

Sorry to hear that a centered image disappears when previewing the Rise course. Thanks for sharing your screenshots as well.
It looks like the images have a very short height. To troubleshoot this, are you able to use a taller image? Or can you try adding whitespace above and/or below your image and reimport this to Rise?
Can you share a copy of the actual image files so we can test this on our end?
