Images in storyline only showing in preview

I have a wierd issue!...
I have a slide with text and images, they are visible in the timeline, however half of them are missing from the slide, however they are visible in preview (though ...
I think what might be happening is the picture format is wrong. Are these PNG or JPG? If you can send me one, I might be able to help reformat.

My project uses a mixture of image formats - but mainly jpg, png and emf. It is only this one slide that is exhibiting the issue
