Images skewed in Process Blocks

    Hello everyone, 🎉

    I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue you encountered where Process block images change their aspect ratio when zoomed.

    There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.

Hi. I’m having the same issue. It has happened in different courses/process blocks. Attached is a screen shot of the process block I’m using now - every image in the block is skewed.

Hi Jessica! I'm sorry to hear that you are encountering issues with the images in your process block.

What is the resolution (and/or aspect ratio) of the images in your process block? Would you be willing to share the source image files that you are using so that we can run some tests from our end? If you can also share the screenshots of the skewed images, that would be very helpful!
