Images skewed in Process Blocks

    Hello everyone, 🎉

    I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue you encountered where Process block images change their aspect ratio when zoomed.

    There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.

This "Full width" option in the Process block seems to be poorly implemented.
No matter what the aspect ratio, it wants to crop the image vertically. Why???
This results in the image being distorted, as noted by others. I'd call this a bug.

Also, at times clicking on the image doesn't work right. It might shrink the image or display a truncated version of it.

    I'd like to ask for the following information to help us understand the behavior you're experiencing: 

    • What is the resolution of the image in your process block? Would you mind uploading a copy of it here for testing?
    • What is the resolution of the screens/monitors where you are viewing your Rise 360 courses?
    • For the images either shrinking or getting truncated, did you notice if the behavior is browser-specific? Do you consistently observe this behavior, or is it intermittent? If this is happening to only a specific image file, please also share a copy of it here for testing.
