Import/Export Rise source

Hi there,

A client is having us look into Rise as a possible Storyline alternative. One function that would seem obvious to me would be the ability to export and import Rise source. But, from old threads here and from what I've seen, it looks like that is not possible. Is that seriously still the case? So, if a company has a client build them a Rise course for their LMS, and then that client either goes out of business or the company has a very bad experience with that client, the company cannot take that project over to another client? They have to start over from scratch or be the intermediary between 2 competing companies? Why would I want to use Rise if that's the case? There has to be something I'm missing...

    For clients, I put in my SOW that the final deliverable is to send them (or a designated person with an active account) a copy of the Rise course.

    Not perfect, but it works.
