Importing Camtasia video into Storyline - Optimum settings?

I have used Camtasia in the past for screen recordings and find it a great tool for really robust screen recording work. So far for my eLearning courses I have been using only Storyline...
Another possibility could be to incorporate your Camtasia output into your Storyline project via a web object.
