In Scorm custom is not selected when revisiting the module
Hi there,
When we re-visit the course in the SCORM package, the custom menu selected states that it is not working. Could you please give some suggestions on how to rectify this issue?

Hi AnandDavda-0c80 are you able to provide some more information? What are the custom menu selected states that you are expecting? What is the expected behaviour versus what you are seeing?
It's a bit light on information, and so you are unlikely to get a solution. Provide as much information as you can about the issue and you will be more likely to get a quick answer.

- Are you experiencing the expected behavior when previewing your course in Storyline 360 or when published to Review 360?
- Thanks for sending a screenshot! It looks like you have tested this in SCORM Cloud! Do you experience this same behavior with the selected states when uploading to your LMS?

When we publish the review link/SCORM, we experience the same issue: when revisiting the module, the selected state does not work in the customized menu(After updating the articulate 360 these issues are raised). Kindly please give some suggestions to rectify the issue.

As Luciana shared, it would be easier to troubleshoot this behavior if we could see a copy of the .story file you've been working with. Also, seeing a screen recording of the issue as you're experiencing it on your end, would be helpful. Do you mind sharing those items here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
