Incorrect size when printing a Storyline Created Certificate in Rise- Help!
Hello,
I am a trainer for the City of Tucson IT department. I have created a new onboarding eLearning course, but since we do not have an LMS, I've created a course completion certificate from a template I found in this community. It worked great, until I went to print the certificate as a test and it prints the entire certificate, but way too small. I was working with Chat GPT to troubleshoot, and came close before I exceeded the daily allowance for Chat because I sent screenshots to aid in understanding. I'm attaching the file here and would very much appreciate any insight that could be provided. Thanks in advance!

Hi Keith!
1920x1080 is your slide size but that's not the same aspect ratio as a regular piece of 8.5 x 11 paper. You could try changing your slide size to something like 1650x1275 that has the same aspect ratio as a sheet of paper, though you'll probably need to adjust your font sizes since you'll be scaling it down.
