Inserting a text box with the same formatting - Storyline
Hi all, is it possible to insert a text box with always the same formatting. So for example, the same font spacing: The same line space options: And ...
I suggest creating your own style. Here’s how to create and set a custom text style as the default for text boxes:
- Insert a text box with some text content.
- Select the Text Style box from the top toolbar and click + Add Style...
- Name your new style and click OK to confirm.
- Style the text as desired (e.g., adjust font size, color, family, or line spacing).
- Hover over New Style and click on Update style from selection
- Right-click the styled text box and choose Set as Default Text Box, so the next time you insert a text box, the new style is applied automatically.
I'm afraid that didn't work for me. It will change the size of the text, the font and colour etc, but not the changes that I've said above. Any other ideas? Perhaps it is not possible?
