Inserting a video from storyline into a rise 360 block and having it play automatically

Which browser are you using? Sometimes, browser restrictions can prevent a block from playing automatically when the first slide has audio or a video. Currently, we found that only Firefox consistently allows Storyline blocks to autoplay, while Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari sometimes don't.
If your block has a video on the first slide and will not autoplay, one option that may help is to add a course cover photo. Here's how:
- In the modern player. Mark the Cover Photo box
- Select the + Photo link to browse for an image. Choose the first slide, a media library asset, a Content Library 360 photo, or an image from your computer.
