    Seems the issue is still popping up 6 years later. We have had a course sitting on our LMS for 6 months all working as it should. Suddenly one link seemed to break and send users to a 'Page not Found', however the URL was good. I just used Cindy's advice and made a copy of the course and republished. Fixed it. Shouldn't happen though.

      I'm glad that making a copy of your course and republishing did the trick. I wasn't able to replicate this behavior on my end.
