Inserting template... not loading
Hi,
In Rise, added a previously made block and inserting it, it just says:
Inserting template... but does not load. Usually ok but started yesterday and still not working. Server issue?

Hi StephenEvans-3a! Thanks for letting us know. I'm sorry the template isn't inserting like it should.
You mentioned duplicating the course, which is super helpful. Have you also tried adding the template to a brand new course? And just to narrow things down a bit more, are you able to insert other templates successfully, or is it only this one giving you trouble?

Turns out I had delete some cookies and everything started working again. 1st time in 8 years of use I had to do that with Rise.
