Inserting videos that have a shorter duration that the timeline

I'm sorry to hear you've run into this behavior when inserting videos into Storyline 360. I understand that can be frustrating. Happy to learn more!
- Are you working and saving your project file to your local hard drive (typically your C: drive)?
- If you import your current slides into a brand new .story file, do you still experience this behavior when inserting videos shorter than the slide timeline?
- Is this happening when you insert a different video into your course? I'm curious if this is isolated.
If you are running the latest version of Storyline 360 (Update 111) and this is occurring across multiple project files, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your .story file in a support case.
