i love to use both of these platforms to share my pics. becouse it depends on our images and content and auedeince. for example if you use instagram for photo sharing then you can get massive attension from instagram users based on thier intreset. but if you utilize pinterest for uploading images then it can help you to boost your business becouse pinterest ranks approx every keyword relevent to "ideas" like bedroom ideas, photography ideas, or even biker names ideas.
in my opinion you should use both of these platforms to test thier performance. thanks..
