Instructional Design Master's or Graduate Certificate Programs
Boise State University's College of Engineering has a renowned graduate program. The program was originally called Instructional and Performance Technology (IPT) but has since rebranded to Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL). The program is robust and focused on equipping students to design learning for the workplace, and it awards a master of science degree due to its focused on engineering human performance. One of the culminating projects students can select is a portfolio of various deliverables they have produced throughout their program that they can then defend at the end of their program to earn their degree. They also offer various graduate certificates in things like e-learning, performance improvement, and organizational development. This program is 100% virtual and has an international student body.
