The functionality still doesn't work for me, despite having correct identifiers etc. I even created a brand new project, uploaded it to Review 360 and commented - Storyline still shows "no associated review items".

I'm sorry to hear this feature isn't working for you. Is your software up-to-date? If so, have you tried conducting a Storyline repair as Joe suggested above?
