Intermittent branching slide lock ups
I have a Storyline course we are hosting with SCORM 1.2 in the Ability LMS. On a few of the slides, it occasionally locks up with the three ... loading dots. The learner can leave the browser and go back into the course and then it is OK. It does not always do this, and when it does, it is in 2 particular "menu" slides that the course branches off from (4.8 and 4.22). Is there a way someone can look at those slides to see if something in their build or triggers contributes to this intermittent issue? In researching I guess it is possible that the SCORM 1.2 character limit is being reached, but I don't know how to determine that, and want to eliminate the possibility of making a change in the .story as a solution.

Hi AnneBaker-ac818,
Thanks for reaching out. I'm happy to help!
Since this issue is inconsistent, I'm curious if it's happening for the same users each time. If so, it's possible it could be browser-related, and they may want to try using a different browser or clearing their cache.
Since you mentioned the possibility of the data limit being reached, here are some steps to try:
- Republishing with SCORM 2004 3rd Edition or 4th Edition if compatible with your LMS, as these support much longer suspend data
- Enable debug mode, and share the findings with your LMS administrator
