I am new to articulate and while I think the heros community is a great idea... I am seeing this "we will get around to it" excuse popping up over and over again in relation to recommended features. I really think that you need to be listening more to your community. For example, this would seem like a fairly basic change... however, it has been over two years and it hasn't even made the product roadmap. Given that you are charging quite hefty fees, don't you think that more timely action on some of these issues is warranted?
