Invalid answer pop up customize
Hi I found this old thread and created an invalid layer but the original still appears when there is an invalid answer, how do you remove this please?
Hello Claire!
As my teammate Jaycee mentioned, you can modify the text on the original invalid answer pop-up, but you won't be able to remove it completely.
If the layer you created isn't showing up, do you mind sharing the .story file so we can take a look. You can share it in this discussion or privately in a support case.

I followed the steps and the new Invalid Message is showing up correctly for my Text Entry slide. My problem is that it shows the "Try Again" message first, then it shows the "Invalid" message. That's too many messages based on one interaction. I've arranged the triggers so that the "Show invalid layer" trigger is before the "Submit interaction" trigger. Not sure if it matters, but I also tried sorting the order of the layers as well. How can I prevent the Try Again message from showing up before the Invalid message?

Hi JenniferRandolp,
The Correct/Incorrect/Try Again layers are all system-created layers controlled by the question slide. It appears you added another layer to display feedback. If you only want to display one feedback layer at a time, you can enable this option for all your feedback layers:
I also noticed that the trigger to set the value of the TextEntry1135 variable comes after the trigger to display the "Invalid Answer" layer. If you'd like to associate the "Invalid Answer" layer with the response that gets entered in the text entry box, you'll want to switch the positions of these two triggers.
Feel free to share your project file here so we can check how you built your question slides and see if your triggers need to be adjusted.
