Is it possible to customize or remove the "Resume Prompt" screen in Storyline 360?

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a project in Storyline 360 and I’m having some trouble with the "Resume Prompt" screen (the one that asks the user if they want to resume where they left off).

I have two questions:

1. Is there any way to completely disable or remove this screen?
2. If it cannot be removed, is it editable? If so, how can I change its design, colors, or text?

 

I am publishing my courses as SCORM 1.2. I am using a custom-built LMS, and I’ve noticed that this screen appears inconsistently. I suspect my LMS might not be correctly handling or saving the "suspend_data" or bookmarking parameters sent by the Storyline course.

Any advice on how to manage this to improve the user experience would be greatly appreciated.
