Is the entire question bank included in the SCORM package?

I have created a quiz in Rise 360 using both a set question and a draw from a question bank, which I then export as a SCORM package for use in an LMS.

My question is simply if the entire question bank is included in the SCORM package, so the quiz is different for each participant, or does is it draw the questions for the quiz when the SCORM package is created, so everyone gets the same quiz?

I have quite a few quizzes to create, so I want to make sure I'm doing this correctly.
