Is there a current Content Library 360 outage?
StatusGator says there isn't, but I haven't been getting results for illustrations or images all day. Any ideas as to what's going on?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the Content Library. I can load illustrations and images on my end, and there is no reported outage on our status site.
Let's start troubleshooting by asking your network admin to check if port 443 is open and if the domains in this article have been added to your organization's allowlist. These are needed for your Articulate 360 apps, including the Content Library, to work correctly.
