Is there a fix for Play Button and black screen appearing for published Storyline files in Rise or anywhere else?
We have Storyline files embedded in our Rise file that on Preview in Rise auto-play perfectly, but once published, they have the famous big play button and black background that you see in Articulat...
Only on mobile i suppose right ? Its default behaviour of Storyline on mobile...no good but thats what it is im afraid. I do hope Articulate listens to its users and makes it act as on desktop and not make it act like its video. Its a often and long time request....
