Is there a limit on the number of variables?
Hello, everyone. I'm working on a Storyline 360 project that could potentially run into hundreds (if not thousands) of variables, and I want to make sure I'm not painting myself into a corner before I get too deep into this approach. We're going to have dozens of tile sets with hundreds of buttons, and I'd like to add a counter showing the how many times each button was used during a session.
I looked around and found this thread, but it's ten years old and closed. The project I'm working on is accessed directly as a web site through story.html, and will not be dependent on an LMS.
Does anyone know of any limitations on the number of variables a project can use? Thank you very much in advance!
there is another thread - 7 years old - Storyline 2 (flash)
=> LMS (AICC, Scorm 1.2) limited resume string* seems the only problem
*publish to web uses local storage - the storage limit is MUCH higher
