Next Steps
Now that you know how number variables work in Storyline, itās time to give them a try. Here are some suggested next steps to help you get started working on your own.
- Create an interaction that uses two buttons to increase and decrease a variable's value. Add conditions to the buttons to prevent the variable's value from going beyond 10 and below -10.
- Create a new project with an opening slide and three quiz slides. On the opening slide, use a random number variable between one and three each time the slide is loaded. When the learner clicks the next button, branch to one of the three quiz slides based on the value of the random number.
