Hello David,
Thanks for bring this behavior to our attention. The restricted navigation setting should prevent learners from jumping ahead in the course. If there aren't any triggers in your course that let's learners skip through sections and they are still able to do so, there's a possibility that the restricted navigation isn't working properly for you.
Would you be willing to create a Peek 360 recording of the exploit that you found so we can try and replicate it as a possible bug on our end?
