Is there a way to change the link to share in Rise 360 to the title of the course?

Customizing the share URL for your course is not an option we have available in Rise at the moment, but we’re tracking requests for this feature.
Viewing your course via the share link is not a long-term hosting solution. And a shared course doesn’t track your learners’ progress. When they leave and come back, they have to start all over.
We recommend you export your course to an LMS or a permanent web host for the best learner experience and possible options for customizing your course URL.

We have published a course using Reach 360 and need to edit the link to reflect the course title. Is this possible?
Hi EmmaCook-dbf1ee! In Reach 360, the course URL is created the first time you publish. Even if you update the course title later, the original link stays the same.
That means learners will see the updated title in Reach 360, but the URL won’t change.
If you need the URL to match the new title, here’s what to do:
- Duplicate the course (or republish from your source file).
- Rename it exactly how you want the title to appear.
- Publish it to Reach 360 again.
- Share the newly generated link.
Once you republish, you’ll have a fresh link that matches your updated title.
