We are currently tracking a known issue in Rise 360 that causes label translations in an exported PDF to still appear in English. I've added this thread to the bug report so we can notify you immediately as soon as a fix is released.
As for your second inquiry, we are not seeing any other reports of translated labels not appearing correctly when a course is exported for LMS distribution.
If you encounter any issues after exporting your course for LMS, open a case with our support team here so we can provide additional assistance.
