Issue when publishing to video from Articulate 360 - video keeps starting again

Hi, I have an issue I can't figure out how to fix.

I'm just using articulate to create a quick 'how to' video. To do this I've imported the a video into a slide. I've then inserted audio files.

At times I have had to add triggers to pause the video and restart to make the audio work as required. My problem is that I need to convert this into a video, not a scorm file. When I preview it's all fine. But when I publish to video, where I have added the triggers to pause the video, it goes back to the start of the video... so this happens several times in the video format. I'm sure there is just some setting or trigger I need to add to stop it doing this. But not sure where to start as fairly new to articulate.
