Issue with publishing SL360 to video
Hi there
I'm having a problem publishing my SL file to video. The SL file contains one slide with a video on it which is paused and played with triggers throughout to coincide with some on screen animations and voiceover created with SL AI text to audio. The file works exactly as it should in Preview and Review but when I publish to Web the timing gets messed up so the video is playing the wrong part with the voiceover. After reviewing advice on this forum I have ensured that I publish to my C Drive, using the slide size and have tried both navigations - Follow "Next" Actions and "Follow Slide Numbering" but both give the same skewed video. I compared the Review link and recording you shared, and it's clear there's a discrepancy between them. Are you comfortable sharing your file? You can upload it here or privately in a support case if you prefer. It'd be helpful to do some further testing on our end to help narrow down the issue. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
