SL360 Characters Not Installing
Hi All,
I've had to reinstall SL360 due to a lapsed subscription.
As it currently stands, there are no characters/avatars available for me, as when I click the download icon, it only gives me a warning that it isn't available, as per the screengrab below.
Can anyone tell me what's going on with this? I'm sure it is an IT/firewall issue, so if someone can tell me what needs to be set or disabled (an I can go to my IT department), it would be appreciated.

Thanks for that, Judy. I'll create an IT ticket and include your link and see if that makes a difference.
I have a similar problem when trying to download icons using SL360; however, there's no issue with me downloading photos and illustrations. Go figure...
I'll let you know how it goes.

Good luck! This isn't my area of expertise, but I've seen similar posts and adjusting the network endpoints was the answer.
If it doesn't work, consider contacting Articulate support directly:
