SL360 Characters Not Installing
Hi All,
I've had to reinstall SL360 due to a lapsed subscription.
As it currently stands, there are no characters/avatars available for me, as when I click the download icon, it only gives m...
Have IT check the network end points:

Good luck! This isn't my area of expertise, but I've seen similar posts and adjusting the network endpoints was the answer.
