Issue with Replay 360
Hello! I recorded video through Replay 360 one week ago, and when I went back in to make edits this week, all of my video and images are fuzzy. They did not display that way when I originally recorded and inserted them. I am able to publish to Review 360 and it looks fine, but it's impossible to edit my work since the display is not clear. I've attached two screen captures as examples of what I'm seeing. Any tips on how to resolve this issue? Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback while working in Replay 360!
In one of your screenshots, I noticed the mention of OneDrive. Have you been storing your Replay 360 files on a network drive as well? Doing so can indeed cause some erratic behavior due to latency issues. We recommend keeping your project files on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive), to avoid unexpected behavior such as this.
If you're still seeing this issue while working locally, please try a repair of your Replay 360 installation. If that doesn't do the trick, please connect with our team through a support case.
