Issue with Slide Count and Progress Display in Storyline Training
Hi Team,
I have edited one of the trainings in Articulate storyline 360, where I added a new slide to an existing module. The module now has 50 slides in total across six modules.
Upon completing all modules:
- The landing page correctly shows all modules as completed.
- I received an email confirmation for training completion.
- The tracking and reporting in LMS is based on the “Complete Course” trigger, not slide views.
However, when I check the menu progress:
- It shows 49/50 slides viewed instead of 50.
- The progress bar remains at 97%, even though all modules are completed.
- The menu does not fully capture progress, specifically for Modules 5 and 6.
Could you please help me understand why this discrepancy exists? Since the system correctly registers completion and issues a certificate, I want to confirm whether this is a display issue or if any adjustments are needed.
Looking forward to your insights.

Do you have a slide that the user doesn't touch? Is it a question bank not in use? Is it possible a slide is being jumped over?
It is difficult to troubleshoot without seeing the file. It should be easy to troubleshoot with the file, if they are in seperate scenes.

Try deleting slides, and building back up to see if/when the figure is ever right.

You may need to raise a support case, without seeing the file, this is guess work.
