Issue with video quality when uploading Rise 360

I am trying to crop and reupload a video in my Rise 360 course, but when I crop it (I have used Adobe Express) and then reupload it, it distorts the video and all of the lines on the field. How can I fix this issue as the original video is too long?

I will attach a screenshot of the cropped video (top) and the original video (bottom).

    I would check your export settings in Express, make sure the frame rate is the same as the original video. It looks like the video is becoming interlaced, or exposing the interlacing that's already in the original vid.
