Uploading Storyline to LMS - issue

Hi 

I hope someone can help me.  I have been using Rise and Storyline for the last couple of years.  When I download the SCORNs and upload to LearnUpon all works fine.  

We have some colleagues who can not access LearnUpon so instead upload to our Xpert platform.  When we upload from LearnUpon all works fine but I have created a course fully in Storyline and have receive the attached error message.  Do you know why this might be?
