Issues with disappearing comments on Articulate Rise review link

Issues with Disappearing Comments on Articulate Rise Review Link - I am working on an Articulate Rise course. The client has added review feedback on the review link. After implementing the changes and publishing on the same review link, the client’s feedback has disappeared, except for one random feedback comment. How can I fix this issue? The client wants to see their comments to verify the changes. Additionally, the client did not mark those comments as resolved, so they should not have disappeared in the latest review link version.

    Thanks for reaching out! 

    Comments disappear from the Comments panel once tagged as Resolved, and the "Show resolved comments" option is unchecked. You can only see comments in the Rise course if you are in the lesson or quiz where the comment was created or on the Course Overview page, which shows all comments across all lessons and quizzes.

    It would be helpful to take a closer look at what you are experiencing. Please take a screenshot of what you are seeing and share it within this thread or privately in a support case.
