Issues with inserting characters from the Library
I'm having issues this morning with inserting characters from the library. I tried inserting it into a Storyline file, and it keeps putting the image in the top right corner on the second character ...
After reporting the issue, I got a reply. To be honest, half of the reply is beyond me. I am pretty good with IT, but the reply wasn't clear and didn't have full details. I'm a little angry, to be honest. Some of us do not have an IT department; we work independently. So my issue hasn't gone away. I've found a work around, as I have deadlines to stick to. I'm saving the figures one by one and then saving them as png's and taking them back into Storyline. Long-winded.
