Issues with question bank randomization in Rise 360 course
Hello, I am currently using Rise 360. I have built a Rise 360 course. Then I built a Question bank for that course, with 8 question themes. I then added 8 knowledge checks in my course for each theme. I wanted to diversify the experience and I randomized the questions. So that each time a person would take the course, the questions would be different.
The issue is that, people go back in the course to validate questions before answering. And when they click back on the questions part of the course, the question is not the same. It has changed. This creates a big issue, as people will not be able to complete the course.
Did I miss a step in the programming of the question banks and the randomization? Please help!
This video explains how to do it! I was not using the quiz in the course. I added a lesson and then I had added knowledge checks. THIS IS WRONG!
I then watched the video, see above, and it showed me how to add the quiz section, then the question banks questions. I was able to select how many questions to select for the randomization.
